May I ask why this FEP is finalized? There haven’t been any implementors (except for Fedify, above?) who have submitted comments about this.I’m attempting to implement Litepub-style relay consumption as per this FEP, and there is no guidance on what state is supposed to be, besides being hardcoded pending when sending the follow, and cancelled when Undoing.

eugene_thedev are you referring to specifically the oauth2-multiple plugin? I'm not exactly sure whether that is supported in the current iteration of the plugin.

Honestly it could be something as prohibitive as not having secured film and TV rights from the authors. I can imagine that doing it after the fact is often quite expensive.

AMAARETS I think all you really need to do is have your plugin change req.session.uid and req.uid to the target uid. Although in practice there might be some cases I did not consider.

Hey [email protected], I am all-in on more, simpler FEPs over monolithic impenetrable FEPs. I take it that points 1 and 2 are due to concerns raised by [email protected] about how OAuth2 properties are already advertised in a standardized manner (I believe per OIDC or similar?) — no objections there. On the topic of scopes, I know [email protected]'s 3b86 (Activity Intents) had some ideas on defining intents that have some parallels to scopes. I don't agree with hardcoding them all into the FEP itself, but I'm interested in exploring how we structure scopes so that they're more straightforward as not quite as fine-grained — a single scope for every ActivityStreams activity type might be a bit of overkill.

That's a really good question, I am not actually aware of any list of software implementing the ActivityPub API. [email protected] and [email protected] may have some leads.
