Add 'Recently Viewed'

I often start a specific topic in a forum and then want to return to it but I forgot where it is, so it's true that there are excellent searches, but if there was an option to display the topics that were recently read, it could shorten the process and be very useful. Sorry for the bad English.

We sort of store this in the backend with a
tids_viewedset, but I'm not certain whether or not we actually update it every time you enter the thread.For less busy forums, just going to https://community.nodebb.org/recent is usually ok.
