As is usually the case with the introduction of new laws, whether it can actually be enforced is a matter of local law and statute, and also whether there have been precedents set in previous attempts to uphold the law . In a situation like this, does the United States , or even just a single state, have the ability to uphold laws globally? I predict that we will need to see this law challenged to determine whether or not it has any teeth outside of Mississippi, the United States, and beyond.
